Our Head Office is based in West Yorkshire on the southern outskirts of Bradford, just 3 miles from J26 M62 for easy access to all local routes. Our purpose-built £32 million development is modern, comfortable and home to over 1,000 employees. We also enjoy an attractive and well-maintained garden site offering ample free on-site parking.
Facilities for Head Office employees include a subsidised restaurant, well-equipped gym, coffee lounge and pool table. Regular visitors to HO include a hairdresser, chiropodist, tailoress, nail technician and a dry cleaning service.
We also have a second building which is conveniently situated in central Bradford and houses a further 360 employees.

Our Bonus Schemes are in place for both Head Office and the Branch Network, for you to benefit no matter where you join us.
In 2008, Head Office employees received a generous bonus worth up to 10% of their annual salary. The Head Office scheme is paid annually and is measured on both your individual performance and how well we perform as a whole.
Our teams who work in the Branch Network have their own sales bonus scheme, paid quarterly. A Customer Adviser can achieve up to 20% of annual salary, with a Mortgage Adviser enjoying a bonus worth up to 25% of their annual salary.
We recognise your contribution in a variety of ways, both formally and informally. Cash awards of £250 and all expenses paid trips to locations including glamorous Gleneagles or Monte Carlo are a taster of the formal rewards we offer for exceptional results or role modelling great behaviours.
