Experian CheetahMail Creative Services manages numerous global client requirements. We have gained some excellent relationships with major brands; Yahoo!, EA, Sony, Panasonic, Emirates, Vodafone the list is endless. We are renowned for our expert knowledge within email development but are looking to branch out in other areas of the digital domain.  Mobile, Apps, Games, Social... you name it we want to do it and you will be our technical go to guy.  

The ideal candidate will be a technical person with creativity, ideas and the drive to make these beautiful ideas’s a reality so that we can sell them on. Essentially will heavily use your logical left side of your brain and work with a team of right sided creative thinkers.
 

Role responsibilities:

• Review task briefs, develop the required elements and execute to meet deadlines
• Manage workload, balancing the requirements and priorities of tasks
• Ensure that client satisfaction on work undertaken meets minimum criteria
• Liaise with various departments across the business including account management and deployment
• Use your technical & creative skills to meet client’s requirements
• Keep abreast of developments in the field of web development
• Attend and contribute to monthly creative services team meetings
• Broader responsibilities as your skills increase

• As a more experienced member of the team you will be required to act as an educator to junior members of the team
• Proven project management experience
• Previous knowledge of email development
• Industry/Best Practise Knowledge essential
• Usability/User Experience knowledge
• Wireframing/proposals
• Interface design
• Knowledge of Mobile, SEO and Social media advantageous

Role Requirements:

• Degree educated or equivalent in Web Development/Design relate subject
• Knowledge of web languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery) as well as interest in web standards
• A strong client focus, good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach
• Excellent organisational and time management skills: ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• A keen eye for detail and producing work to the highest standard
