With the way in which businesses now attract customers being based almost primarily on technologies such as the internet, it becomes essential for businesses to understand and establish means of ensuring that customers visit their web pages as opposed to their competitors.

If working for a business at the forefront of this particular industry is of interest to you, we are currently looking for a Client Development Director in order to maximize sales revenue from existing portfolios and create new business opportunities with new as well as existing clients.

The successful candidate for this job will demonstrate both excellent sales and people management skills, and possess the ability to over achieve on sales results. A passion as well as knowledge of the digital space is vital for this position.

The duties of this role will include:

·Motivating, developing, coaching & training staff.

·Provide direction and communication to your team to ensure the achievement of business goals.

·Understand and communicate digital propositions and bring data to life for clients.

·Develop strategic tactics and plans.

·Support the head of sales and business on developing strategy and tactics to support the team and achieve the results.

·Contribute to the development of new propositions and products.

The requirements of this role are as follows:

·Proven track record on delivering results & driving a team to deliver results.

·Leadership skills – particularly in regards to managing & developing a team.

·Understanding of and the ability to facilitate sales processes.

·Exceptional negotiating, influencing, closing and communication skills.

·Customer focused with the ability to translate strategy in to actionable plans.

·Commercially astute.

·Relationship and stakeholder skills.

·Experience in digital marketing and in selling SaaS in to digital organizations.
